Does your email contain phrasing that smells like spam?

Paste the subject or body of your message. The text stays in your browser.

0 / 5000

This is not a spam filter. The list is in-house, built from phrasing that sender guidelines (Google, Mailchimp, Brevo, FTC) cite as deceptive or promotional. Gmail, Outlook and SpamAssassin do not rely on a fixed word list but on sender reputation, authentication, complaints and engagement. A highlighted word does not send a message to spam, and an unhighlighted text does not escape it.

When to use this checker

Just before sending a campaign, to review the subject and first message, or when your emails land in junk and you look for what may make them look suspicious.

It mainly spots a mass-advertising tone. A prospecting message that works reads like a message written to one person, not a promotion.

How to read the result

Each highlight has one colour per category, with the explanation and a way to rephrase. Form signals (capitals, exclamation marks, shortened links) appear below.

A highlight is an invitation to reread, not an error: "free" is legitimate if your offer really is. Remove what does not serve the recipient, keep what is true and specific.

Frequently asked questions

Is my text sent anywhere?

No. The analysis runs in your browser; nothing is sent to Fluenzr or kept.

Are these the words Gmail or Outlook use?

No, and nobody publishes those filters' lists. They rely mostly on sender reputation, authentication and recipients' reactions. This list is a writing guide.

Should I ban every highlighted word?

No. Avoid clichés and promises you cannot prove. A specific, true word in a relevant message is not a problem.

What weighs most on deliverability?

Domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), list quality, gradual volume and complaint rate. Content comes after: see the compliance checker.
